The AIGA student group will host a paper representative at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 6 in the Graphic Design room in Wetmore.

The sales representative, Tricia Bailey, will give a presentation on the importance of choosing the appropriate paper for your printed materials.

As the weather begins to warm up and the little bit of lasting snow melts away, the men’s lacrosse team is gearing up for their Spring 2008 season.

Lead by core returning players as well as nine new freshmen, the Seahawks are ready to prove themselves once again.

McKillop Library will soon be administering a nationally-recognized web-based survey called LibQUAL. The survey is designed to measure how library users perceive the quality of their library’s services.

Everyone who participates in the survey and chooses to take part in a prize drawing will be eligible to win an IPod Nano, which will be awarded to the lucky winner in late April!

The survey results will allow Salve to compare McKillop Library’s performance with that of peer institutions, as well as to help them assess how their services are meeting your expectations and where they may need to improve.

Recently, I have had an increase in my viewing of reality television shows. This may be in part to the fact that every other channel has some sort of reality based show. From “The Soup” on E, “The Moment of Truth ” on Fox, and any dance, song, modeling, dating, cooking competition shows, it is clear that America is obsessed with other people’s lives.

Students in Dr. Jameson Chace’s “Humans and Their Environment” class began Friday like any other. However, they did not know that afternoon they would all become partners in a fishing company for the next 10 years. The class gathered in Jazzman’s Café to embark on their fishing career.
