Men’s Hockey Ranked 14th in Latest USCHO Poll

The Salve Regina University Men’s Hockey team recently earned the 14th spot in the USCHO (United States College Hockey Online) poll for Division II/III Men’s Ice Hockey. There are 50 voting team members comprised of coaches, scouts, and media members. The Seahawks currently hold a record of 3-0-1. The men’s team currently averages 3.5 goals per game with 14 total for the season so far.

Sophomore goaltender, Kohl Reddy, earned the title of “Goaltender of the Week” by the CCC for the week of November 7th after his standout performance against Suffolk. He saved 42 shots and let in only one goal for the weekend.

The Seahawks will host their second annual Mental Health Awareness Night vs. UNE this Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at St. Georges Ice Rink with puck drop scheduled for 7:00 p.m.. There will be raffles and baked goods for sale during the game.
