Top 5 Spooky Things To Do This Week!

1. Campus trick-or-treat

Beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, campus-wide
CAB will sponsor tables across campus featuring Halloween safety tips, Day of the Dead facts, fall games and more. Students can pick up free bags at Wakehurst (while supplies last). The last bag will be distributed at 8:45 p.m.

2. Ghost Tours of Newport
8 and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, Wakehurst
CAB presents ghost tours through campus buildings with the help of professionals from the Newport area. Signups will be held in the Miley Hall lobby from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25 through Wednesday, Oct. 28. Students who register will receive a free Halloweek T-shirt.

3. Mercy in Motion: Waffleween
6-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, Mercy Center for Spiritual Life
Students are invited to join Mercy in Motion in playing games, making crafts and, of course, eating freshly made waffles with tons of topping options.

4. Haunted house
9-11 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, William Watts Sherman House basement
Sponsored by Residence Life, this free haunted house will attempt to scare those who enter. A maximum of five people can enter at a time, and it will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

5. Day of the Dead dance
9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, Ochre Court
CAB and WSRU present this annual dance with music, food, dancing, decorations and contests for best group costume, most creative costume and best Day of the Dead-themed costume. The cost is $5.
